For more than 23 years, I have helped clients navigate important decisions through Charlotte real estate, investment opportunities, negotiations and property strategy.

Real estate is the foundation of my work, but stewardship is the thread that connects everything I do.

At my core, I believe in stewardship.

I believe that our homes, finances, relationships, businesses, talents, and influence are gifts entrusted to us for a season. My role is not simply to help clients buy or sell property—it’s to help them make wise decisions that strengthen their future and build their assets.

Not because I have life figured out or because I always get things right, but because I know the One who does.

Over the years, I’ve learned that my value doesn’t come from performance, achievement, production, or perfection. My value comes from being created, loved, and known by God. That truth shapes how I serve clients, lead others, and show up in the world.

Professionally, my work spans residential real estate, investment properties, off-market opportunities, auctions, foreclosures, trust and estate sales, and property consulting. I enjoy helping people see possibilities, navigate complexity, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Beyond real estate, I am passionate about leadership, personal growth, and helping people return to what matters most.

That passion led me to create the C.A.L.M. Framework — Returning to Center, a framework built around slowing down, listening well, and reconnecting with what is true in a world that constantly pulls us in a hundred directions at once.
